Aloha Week
This is my husbands Aloha Week. A term we’ve coined for the week following his return or departure to debtor’s prison. It’s a week where he gets what he wants. He doesn’t take advantage of it. I usually have to force it upon him. Really, it’s just my manipulative way to avoid making decisions for a few days. Wife of the year. I know.
Being on this end of Aloha Week is stressful.

I got a new camera for an upcoming trip and I was so excited I cut my finger opening the box.

I look like my estranged brother in this picture, which is giving me a complex. I told my husband I wanted to get plastic surgery. His reply, “sweetie, you need to quit watching all those shows“
We have a date today filled with errands. I’ll bring the new camera and do another Day in the Life Post.
Thanks for all the compliments on the new blog header. I wasn’t going to keep it like that, but it’s growing on me. I feel very vain having two pictures of myself like that. I’m still learning about word press. A lot of people have expressed interest in moving over here from blogger. So far, I’m not impressed with the difficulty I’m having uploading pictures – but I’m hoping I will find my way around and it will get easier.
We were watching the Real Housewives, and my husband said if I ever get plastic surgery then he would know I was leaving him. So he basically gave me carte blanche to buy expensive face cream. sucker.
lol…poor guy! and I can’t belive he watches Real Houswives with you. Does he know your telling people that?
